The Rasmus were back in Michigan on Wednesday, September 16th at The Machine Shop in Flint.

This was the Finnish rock band's third time in the United States in just over a years time after a long sixteen-year abscence.

The band is touring behind their eleventh studio album Weirdo, which came out in September of last year.

Ahead of their show at The Machine Shop, The Rasmus' founder and vocalist Lauri Ylonen and guitarist Emilia "Emppu" Suhonen sat down with Rock Life and spoke about the new tour, new music, the fans, what's next and collaborating with other artists.

Ylonen also shared a little story about playing the part of a real estate agent for his friend Ville Valo.
