Lights bringing 'Baby I'm Back' tour to North America




Alt-pop icon, Lights, has announced the Baby I’m Back Tour. The month-long headlining run will travel throughout North America beginning on April 3rd in Portland, Oregon and wrapping things up on May 7th in Toronto, Ontario.


The tour will be making a stop in Detroit at the Majestic Theatre on May 6th.


Tickets for all of the shows will be available for pre-sale beginning on Wednesday, November 17th at 10 am EST with the general onsale beginning on Friday, November 19th also at 10 am EST. Tickets can be purchased here.


Last month, the singer released her new single, "Prodigal Daughter" and its accompanying video.


The track is the first from her forthcoming new album, which is expected to be released sometime in 2022.


After collaborating with a number of artists like deadmau5, Illenium and Travis Barker, Lights is throwing the spotlight back on herself with the infectious, energetic track that loudly proclaims, "Baby, I'm back!"


Lights also recently shared The Clinic, a new side story based off of her Skin&Earth comic book series, which was written and illustrated exclusively by Lights herself. Fans can read a portion of the story here.


Lights is a continuous ball of energy as she slides from one interest to the next effortlessly.


As a singer, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, comic book author, dj or artist, she puts her all into everything she does with unabashed honesty and a abundance of confidence.


That is one of the many reasons that her work continues to grow and gain widespread critical acclaim.


Over her career, the Canada-born singer has garnered four JUNO Awards while playing sold out tours on multiple continents.
