Just in time for Halloween, Detroit's own hip hop horrorcore duo, Insane Clown Posse, have announced the October 31st release of their 17th album, Yum Yum Bedlam, which features new wicked track "Wretched."
The album, which will be released on the duo's own Psychopathic Records, is the follow-up to 2019's Fearless Fred Fury and is the fifth Joker’s Card in their Second Joker Card Deck.
The release is also notable for the fact that it highlights the group's first female Joker's Card.
ICP will be hosting a official record release party on Saturday, October 30th at the Majestic Theatre in downtown Detroit.
Tickets for the release party are limited to 665 guests and can be purchased here. The party begins at 8 pm EST.
The next night on October 31st, ICP will be once again be celebrating Halloween with their 27th Annual Hallowicked, which is heading back to its birthplace at the Majestic Theatre.
The legendary hometown tradition is known for its over-the-top theatrics and attracts fans from all corners of the world.
After last year's extremely limited Hallowicked that was streamed live from ICP's own Violent J's house and with the anticipation of the new album release, it's no surprise that this year's Hallowicked show sold out in a matter of hours.
In addition to the new album and shows, Violent J and his partner Shaggy 2 Dope are enjoying viral fame in the Tik Tok space courtesy of two classic ICP jams from the band's extensive catalog, "Chop Chop Slide" and "In My Room," which are creeping up on a million uses on the platform.
The Yum Yum Bedlam release comes at a crossroads for the band after Violent J's announcement that he has to take a step back from major touring after a Atrial Fibrillation diagnosis.
Although the duo won't be able to aggressively tour like they have in the past, they plan to concentrate more on special shows and attempt to put on one show a month after one last planned big world-wide tour next year.
Yum Yum Bedlam can be pre-ordered here.
